Melbourne Food & Wine Festival – A Cook’s Story Dinner
MONDAY MARCH 9, 7PM
Over a five course dinner Chef Scott Pickett will share the experience of writing his first cookbook, the trials of publishing and his pride in the finished product. A journey through some of the recipes in Scott Pickett’s first book, with five dishes explored from conception to creation, each served with matched wines. During the evening Scott will tell the story of each dish and its time in his life. Each guest will also receive a copy of the book so you can recreate these, and many other, dishes at home.
